Submission of Abstracts:
Since OZ-philosophy does not allow any parallel sessions and limits the event to two session days only, the number of oral presentations is limited. In addition, there will be a number of invited presentations from corresponding industry. Therefore, we are asking for your understanding that we might need to ask fully qualified and excellent incoming papers to be presented during the poster sessions in the exhibition area.
The submission of any abstract is very welcome and should be done only by email in free word format to:

Abstracts should be between 100 and 150 words and submitted in English.
Abstracts should be sent with a complete title, the name and full contact information of the presenting author plus names and affiliation of any co-authors as well as the presenting author’s bio and an introduction of the author’s company/organization.
Please also indicate in case you are interested not in an oral but in a poster presentation.
For preparing an abstract, you are very much invited to have a look at the given examples for proper abstracts:
The deadline for abstracts will be
December 15, 2020
and acceptance of papers will be emailed to authors by
December 31, 2020 or earlier.
Oral Presentations
All oral presentations shall be given by power-point. PC and Beamer will only be provided by us. Please bring your presentation on a USB-memory. All presentations will please be given in English only. There will be no parallel sessions at any time. You cannot miss nothing.
Manuscripts
Due to the strong Industrial Focus, we do not demand a full manuscript for any presentation in any case. In the exception, please provide at least an extended abstract as well as a self explaining power point presentation at the beginning of the conference.
Poster Presentations
We do not require any special format and do provide common poster panels. The recommendation for the poster-scale is A0 (841 x 1.189 mm). The minima dimension should be A1 (594 x 841 mm). As for the proceedings you can either provide a manuscript, an extended abstract or the poster itself in electronic format.

preferably on a USB-memory which we would like to receive res. as a download at the beginning of the conference.
